Cancellations & Refunds:

If we cancel your Gin Tasting & Distillery Tour or Gin School Experience, you will be entitled to a full refund for the purchase price or a rebooking for another date of your choice, subject to availability.

No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 48 hours of the date of your event. 

​

If you wish to amend the date of your booking, you should immediately contact us by e-mail at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and date.  We will endeavour, although we are not under any obligation, to accommodate the alternative date and time requested by you and a £10 rebooking fee will apply.

If you do not arrive for a pre-booked event, bookings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Gift Vouchers:

​

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed against a Distillery Tour or Gin School booking within that time.

​

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
